Each Eyeglasses has a certain power and once a lens is cut, it cant be reused so one cannot cancel the order (except when bough with “Buy Frame only” option) after its been placed. If above condition is met please choose to contact us at the following:

We at eyenic are committed to provide you genuine products with value for money but if you are not satisfied with our products or received them in a ‘damaged’ condition, then you can request an Exchange or Refund within 14 days of receiving the order for eyeglasses, however the refund would only be initiated after the product reaches our warehouse. Other than this below conditions should be met for refund or exchange.
Contact Lenses:
- Only accepted back if in unworn condition with sealed outer packaging
Eyewear:
- The eyeglass should be free from any scratches because we double check our products before dispatching
- The cost of lens will not be refunded if the power of the lens is found same as entered by the user in prescription form or by upload prescription option
- The COD charges would not be refunded in any case.
- Accessories (Lens cleaner, contact lens case, contact lens solution & others are non returnable.
- Discounted products with 50% discount or more are not eligible for any refunds or returns.
- Premium Products including Essilor Crizal range are non returnable
- In case of return with RX glasses including Bifocal, Single vision, Progressive and other Tinted lenses, the cost of lenses would not be refunded
Yes, we do ship internationally with an additional shipping charge.

Each Item on our website is inclusive of GST (Goods Sales Tax) so we don’t charge any additional tax on our products.
Shipping & Returns
Schedule a Pick-Up
100% Free Pick-up service: Available in select cities.
We would arrange a pick-up at your location within 2-5 days thereafter.
- Keep the products with all accessories ready for pickup.
- You can choose a product for exchange or apply for refund as per policy
- Exchanged product will be dispatched/refunded once the returned item reaches back.
- Refund will be issued in 24-48 hours of receiving the product. The refund credit takes 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account depending on the mode of payment.
The refund will be initiated in 24 to 48 business hours once the product reaches us. Once refunded, it will take 5-7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment used by the customer.
